Hi, I’m Kelsey!
Not so long ago I was shamefully hiding a near 20 year battle with binge & emotional overeating.
I may have looked like the picture of health...
I worked out (excessively).
I was lean (but never lean enough).
I was a personal trainer (who put her health at risk because all of her self-worth was based on the way she looked).
My obsession with food and my body literally took up ALL of my headspace and sucked all the joy from my life!
The more I tried to control food... the more food controlled me.
It wasn't until I realized it was my relationship with food, my body, and myself that was the real issue that I decided to go all in on my healing journey.
